I met Josh when I went to look at a house as I was just browsing and not quite ready to buy. At the time he was very helpful. I contacted him to see a few more properties. The market was quite frustrating as I was not in a position to compete in bidding wars, even though I gave it a good effort. While Josh was honest about the market and whether or not he thought an offer would be competitive, there was once or twice I did not feel supported.
