Josh Singer did a great job for us
We were trying to down-size into a duplex or villa in this tight, tight market and not having much luck. Josh came up with a place that checked off just about all of our boxes and got us in to see it before almost anyone else. He dealt very professionally with the "hiccups" that came up on inspection and we are now unpacking in our new home. He's a very personable young man and we highly recommend him
