We met Josh through a family member who was also in the market for a home in the SC area. He agreed to take us on as a client without hesitation. We discussed what type of home we were looking for in our price range. After the initial meeting, Josh knew exactly what we were looking for. He was able to provide a list of homes for us to view and took us to see them. Josh is very accommodating to our schedule as he did not know he was going to be working with a second couple that particular weekend. We were only in the SC area for 4 days. My husband and I highly recommend Josh as a realtor to buy and or sell your home. He is a top notch realtor, very professional and is very knowledgeable about the area.
