My husband and I can't recommend Joshua Rivera enough as your friendly neighborhood real estate agent! On a slightly more nuanced side -- he gets you the best deal through strategic partnerships. With his prior experience in interior design, he can make your home more show ready through minor tweaks and changes. His relationships with photographers ensures the best quality in what you present to the world. If you want, he'll bring you into his inner circle, a friend in a stressful and exciting part of your life. If you lean more towards, "business is business," he responds in kind. ...when we sold our home with Joshua Rivera, we left the state with the best deal possible and with one more friend to miss.
