Josh helped sell our grandmother’s house and did a wonderful job. From the initial meeting, he took the time to really understand her needs. He stayed in constant contact as we worked to get the house ready to sell. When we were ready, he met with us about a marketing strategy and set up two open houses. Within two days of the open houses, we were able to accept an offer over the asking price! Josh was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout this entire process.
