Josh Richter We first contacted Josh (met with other Realtors as well …) in the Fall and, for various reasons weren’t ready ‘til late Spring to finally list our home, decided on Josh. Josh is not only experienced and professional in what he does - he is easy to talk with, will never feel rushed, always available. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Working with Josh was an amazing experience from start to finish. Not only is he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying process as stress-free as possible. We can confidently say that with Josh by our side, buying a home wasn't nearly as daunting as we thought it would be. From the beginning, Josh took the time to understand our preferences and needs, and his expertise in the Macomb County market quickly became apparent. He was able to identify listings that matched our tastes and budget, making the process of finding our dream home feel effortless. In fact, it wasn't long before we found a home that we wanted to put an offer on! When we learned that there were other offers on the table, we were nervous about how to proceed. But Josh remained calm and confident, guiding us through the process and crafting an offer that was appealing to the seller while still respecting our financial limitations as first-time homebuyers. Thanks to his negotiation skills and attention to detail, we ended up getting the house we fell in love with – all because of Josh! Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience working with Josh. His dedication, professionalism, and expertise were evident at every stage of the process, and we would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Josh!
