Josh was great as we were relocating from out of the area. He would do FaceTime tours when we were not available and was great to work with. Josh was very easy going and always available when we were able to come to the area.
Josh knew his stuff, always seemed available to field questions and calls and negated the price we wanted on our purchase. He also helped set us up with lenders and knew the entire process inside and out.
