My wife and I had been searching for a home on and off for several months, initially with my family, and then for just the two of us. Josh was always willing to pick up the call or respond when we saw a home that we wanted to tour. He always tried to work us in quickly and was very good at relaying anything that came across that he thought would be worth looking at. When at the homes he would FULLY walk them with us, point out anything we may have missed- good or bad- and was super willing to share his opinions when wanted. I couldn’t recommend Josh enough. He was professional start to finish and even has followed up after the closing to check in.
