I enjoyed working with Josh because he is patience and really helps you make the best decision. He helped us go through man homes and was comprehensive in the search in terms of neighbourhood, price, and quality. The most important is that Josh aligns with your negotiation strategy and supports you the whole way until you are satisfied. Great to work with josh!

Josh was everything I could’ve asked for in a realtor. He helped us find a new home in a brand new city when we knew very few people, and he felt like family throughout the whole process. Would truly recommend him to anyone — extremely professional, considerate, and responsive. Incredibly helpful.

Thank you so much for all your help ! You pretty much did everything for me ! You made all the process so easy and fast for me ! I couldn’t be happier..

Josh was very knowledgable, personable, and responsive in the home buying process. I really appreciated his attention to detail and accurate repairs with contractors. He made things easy for my family and saved us a lot of money we would not have figured out for ourselves. We would definitely recommend him and will be calling him for our next purchase in the future.

Josh made the buying process very easy! He is very detail oriented and made sure we were in the loop on the whole process with what is going on :) I highly HIGHLY recommend using him as your realtor!

Josh was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was always on top of locating new homes for us to look up and always early for any showings. He stayed in contact until several weeks after we got the keys to check in and make sure that everything was going smoothly for us. We definitely recommend him to anyone in the Baytown/Houston area that is looking to rent or buy a home.
