Josh was always prompt in his replies. He was on top of it when it came to setting up home viewing appointments. He traveled to different places in the area and never gave up the search. His persistence finally paid off with the last viewing that we won the offer on. I am so thankful to Josh for all his efforts and friendliness.
I truly had one of the best experiences in my 57 years. I liked his personality a lot and knew he wouldn't push me as I am not an easy sell and can be difficult (in a good way). He was so kind and patient with me. He REALLY listened to me. I don't know how many times I've told a person what I want and they try to sell me everything but I what I expressed. That was so refreshing about him!! I am a single girl and he spent extra time explaining items in a home and how they work and how long they last approximately. That made me feel more at ease since I've never owned a home and am not handy. Everything he told me about the process and timeline went exactly how he said it would. Again, not the norm with with most. He is a gem and I made a good friend in the end!
