Joshua was fantastic and helped us throughout our whole home buying process. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and he was always available to provide answers and give us contact information for services and professionals we needed to work with. While professional and knowledgeable, Joshua was also very nice and funny which made him great to work with. He was always very responsive to texts or calls and was there for us whenever we needed him. At times this process felt confusing or overwhelming, but it was nice to work with someone who was invested in our home buying journey.

Joshua was super friendly and very informative. He was also very flexible with accommodating multiple schedules. I felt in good hands during the entire process.

Josh was a blessing to have while I searched for a condo. Even after things didn’t work out for a couple of different units, Josh was always encouraging and happy to help. I wouldn’t do another search without him.
