I definitely made the right decision to choose Josh as my Real Estate Agent. The process is really stressful and Josh not only fought hard and quick to get me the best deal but also kept setting the right expectation and kept me calm. Not that every deal out there will be like mine but Josh steered me out of bad choices and helped me narrow down the selection so well that in 3 days I had selected my home and I was in escrow within 3 days after. He’s a shrewd negotiator, tough but respectful and was always available on the phone or text. This quickness’s to respond became crucial when I called him to ask if a wire I was about to make looked fishy. He said it did and stopped me on my tracks. He verified with the escrow company and determined the escrow email I received was fraud. I could have lost a lotta money... 🙏🏽 We closed early and was able to move in the weekend of Labor Day.
