Before transitioning fully into residential sales, Josh spent over 15 years in the real estate industry, most notably as a Regional Manager for a global residential property management firm, where he oversaw more than 3,000 multifamily homes, multiple teams, and a diverse portfolio of clients. That background gives Josh a rare operational and financial perspective, particularly when it comes to real estate investing, ROI, and asset performance.
