Josh was a pleasure to work with when buying our first home. He is very laid back but up front with how the buying process can go. My husband and I just bought our first home in a very seller-driven market making it hard to get into showings fast enough. Josh was able to accommodate our schedules in order for us to get to showings. During the process of a making an offer, Josh set very real expectations for us on what he thought the house would sell for, what accommodations the seller may need, etc. Josh was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy in (Chaska, Chanhassen, EP, Shakopee, Prior Lake, etc.) and gave us great resources on finding out additional information about the neighborhoods and city. I would highly recommend Josh as a realtor for any future home buying you and your families may do. He made the process fun and enjoyable.
