Joshua was knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we had the opportunity to see every home we knew about and those we didn’t. He helped us find our dream home and although it took a long time to finally find it he was patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. He made sure to advocate for us during the closing process and made sure we knew what to expect along the way. If we ever buy or sell again he is our 1st choice! He was amazing!!
