Josh was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in us finding our perfect home.

My husband and I immediately felt comfortable with Josh the first time we met him. He has similar values to ours and believes in honesty and transparency. We are not the easiest people to deal with as we do not always have clear ideas of what we want. Josh was very patient. He did his best to accommodate us at every turn. We knew he had our backs and wasn't going to sell us a house just to get the sale. He wanted us to be happy and comfortable. He was good about getting back to us with answers to our questions. We will definitely be going with Josh for future real estate endeavors.

We are moving from Columbus, Ohio to Toledo. We had two other agents that we had gone through before we were blessed with Josh. He was so informative and extremely responsive, which was very important to us. Hopefully, life allows us to stay in this home that Josh helped us find and purchase.
