Josh Gorsuch was a joy to work with! He worked long hours and long days to help me get the perfect house, which I did! He was persistent with homes of interest and gave great advice along the way. As a first time home buyer there can be lots of anxiety and questions. Josh did a wonderful job navigating this for me, quelling anxiety, and thoughtfully answering questions. I certainly recommend him to both first time buyers and experienced home owners.
