Josh is a excellent realtor. We've dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, specially in South Florida a lot of realtors barely put in any effort. However, Josh kept in touch with us even though we couldn't buy right away and got a great grasp within just a few showings of what we liked and what we didn't. Then narrowed down the list of houses based on what we like. So many realtors just try to phone it in for the commission but Josh is not like that at all.
