Josh was a phenomenal agent: intuitive, professional, knowledgeable, and above all, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. He had a rationale for all his guidance that was well communicated and on point. He kept us ahead of the game at all times and I felt like he was constantly using his expertise to mitigate the plethora of obstacles coming our way. His contacts who helped us through the process, also top notch and very professional. Quite honestly, he made selling my home fun. I couldn't be more grateful I chose Josh as my agent.
