Josh made the home buying process very easy. As I was not in Orlando during the home search / buying process I really relied on him to handle all the details. During the search his contracting experience was valuable in evaluating potential problems in homes we viewed. He was great at negotiating with the seller, overseeing inspections, and ensuring all closing details were done. Will definitely use him again!

Josh was recommended by a friend and I was fortunate because of it. Josh was tasked to help me find a home that not only met my expectation but one that I wouldn’t see before closing. I moved from Virginia to Florida and couldn’t go to see all of the homes that were up for consideration. Josh took the initiative to go to many homes and take extensive videos so that I could review from Virginia. Josh stayed on top of new homes that became available. Ultimately, I selected my house without ever seeing it in person and it couldn’t have turned out better. We love our new home and the neighborhood.
