Originally from North Dakota, Josh left home after high school to pursue commercial dive school in Houston. His adventurous spirit led him to Louisiana, where he spent nine years as a deep-sea diver and another nine as a dive supervisor and superintendent. In 2006, he planted roots in Pensacola, Florida, purchasing his first home — a pivotal moment that sparked his interest in real estate. Josh is happily married to his wife Lena, a nurse practitioner, and together they are raising two amazing sons and a beautiful daughter. When he’s not working hard for his clients, you’ll find him enjoying Florida’s Gulf Coast — diving, fishing, jet skiing, or simply soaking up the sun on the beach. His transition into real estate allows him to do what he loves most: help people, stay close to his family, and use the life skills he’s gained through years of leadership, business, and hands-on work.
