Went above and beyond the call of duty to help get me a home that was affordable and I could settle quickly. He made home buying easy and painless. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who wants to enjoy home buying. He knows the homes in the area. He was more than helpful meeting everyone I needed him to meet before I even put my contract in as my dad was coming out of state to look at the home.
