Josh did his best to discuss with me very detailed yet not overwhelming me. He also went all out helping to get the home staged, get professional photos taken, and then retaking photos in the Spring. Josh even helped to paint my garage door to remove some art that I'd painted before, hoping that the fresh, blank canvas would be more conducive to buyers.
