Josh knew exactly what strategies to use to help us sell our home and purchase our new one. He consistently offered thoughtful advice, helped us choose the best options, and always had our best interests in mind. When challenges came up, he went to bat for us and negotiated confidently while remaining fair and professional. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, enjoyable, and even fun. We are so thankful we had him by our side!
