I feel Joshua went above and beyond kept us informed through out the whole process. He organized carpenters to come in and repair issues such as flooring, ceiling repair. He cleaned the inside of the home while we were moving down to Arizona. I want to thank him for everything he did truly a wonderful person. I would highly recommend him.
