Josh handled the job of being a buyers agent with a low key yet knowledgeable approach. He always let us lead the conversation. He was patient and responsive to our questions and was quite helpful with all things related to our purchase in the local area. Top notch.
Josh helped us purchase our first investment property. He was willing to meet us on a very rainy late evening to show us the property and was in no hurry to get in and out. During the negotiation process his communication with us was top notch. We never felt like we were in the dark and didn't know what was going on. Josh made the whole process from the showing to the closing date very smooth and we highly recommend him if your looking for a realtor.
Joshua hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
