Erik Beiser was my selling agent. I live out of state in NJ. Not only did he sell my condo, but he had things fixed for me and kept me up to date regularly on progress. Well, it’s not like we move every year. Downsizing & packing was a lot. Eric & Josh came in like Trojan horses & I felt they were Angels sent from above. They bought our house with in 2 weeks of being for sale. Showed us their work on other investments & I asked them to send pictures when they are done fixing it up. Erik and Josh!! My Angels from heaven. These guys came thru my doors one Saturday morning and changed a very bad situation with another Realtor (no names because this is not about that) Its about Erik and Josh and the work they did selling my house and at the same time selling me one of there homes in a 30 day period with no problems and keeping me informed every step of the way.
