As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have worked with anyone better! In the house search stage, he was prompt at replying to my messages, setting up viewings, and providing suggestions that exactly fit my criteria—he never tried to push me out of my price range. Later on, he walked me through the negotiation process (and got me an excellent price). During the closing stage, he helped find me an attorney and checked in every week to ensure the process was going smoothly and solved any problems that arose. Even after closing Josh has stayed in touch and helped me find contractors, and put me in touch with a concierge service that is taking care of my move. Overall, Josh is excellent and will go above and beyond to make sure your home purchase goes smoothly from beginning to end.
