Josh was very easy to work with. We were relocating from out-of-state. When I found out we would be moving I reached out to some friends in the area that recommended Josh and met with him on a trip down. Over the next 6 months he kept in contact with us, keeping an eye on the market, and giving us advice as we prepared to sell our old place after our kids finished-out the school-year. Once we were down, Josh was very attentive. He was also friendly and we developed a great rapport, which made the tediousness of seeing property-after-property a lot easier to endure. The only downside of having Josh help us close on our new home is that we don't have any valid excuses to make him take us around SOMD looking at houses anymore.

Josh has been a great agent for us for many years. Staring off with showing me over 80 homes only to have us build our wonderful home.
