Josh made our dream a reality!

We have "known" Josh for a few years. We've been following him online since June of 2023, and met with him in March 2025. That is where our story began, and where our dream started to really take shape. Josh lives locally in Venice, so we knew that he was the right choice for us when it came to actually searching for our dream home here. He was never more than a text or phone call away when we had questions (and we had many). Josh worked tiredlessly for us and led us through the home searching and home buying process easily. It's second nature to him, and knowledge wise there is no one better in our opinion. As we searched for our Venice home he was patient, kind, and full of information! He pointed out every issue imaginable as we went from one home to another. We finally found our dream home thanks to him and are happily settling into our new neighborhood. We absolutely love Josh, and now consider him to be a friend. Please....if you are looking for a home in the area, call and talk to Josh Wilson! He is the best.
