My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. If it wasn't for the extra help from the stager and photographer I don't know if our house would have sold so quickly. After our house was under contract Josh worked with us to find another one. Every time we called and asked about a house he set up a showing immediately. He was willing to work odd hours and he showed us the same home 3 times without complaint. We eventually put an offer in on that house and Josh helped us negotiate a very nice price. After all that he then introduced us to a great finance company, met with the lawyers with us, and handled everything from start to finish. We very highly recommend Josh Tucker. He made us feel like we were more than just a business transaction. He really cared about helping us out.
