Exceptional!

I don’t even know where to begin with how thankful we are for Josh Swanson. He didn’t just help us buy a house — he helped us find our dream home! ❤️ As our realtor, he negotiated for us, protected us, and made sure we were getting a home that was safe, solid, and truly right for our family. Because of his negotiation skills, the seller agreed to give us a brand new roof with full warranties, something we never expected, but he made happen. 👏👏👏 What touched us the most was his dedication. He literally drove through a snowstorm just to make sure our water testing got done on time. Who does that? 🫶 And the best part? He and his moving company helped move us and they even gave us a complimentary discount! 🥳 They were so organized, gentle, and respectful with all our belongings — even though nothing we own is fancy or expensive.
