Anyone considering calling Josh should realize they are getting the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. We were thinking of moving 6 months before we actually decided on a place. Josh was very giving of his time and effort despite it being a low commission for him. His knowledge of the nuances of the Central Florida real estate market and his honest advice were instrumental in us getting the house of our dreams.
