The sound of packing tape pulled off the roll. The sight of fresh paint drying. The smiles on our faces as I carried my wife across the threshold of our first home. Josh Schrock was recently our buyer’s agent who helped my wife and I get here. Our first purchased home. And let me tell you, the experience was extraordinary. Since it was our first time, we wanted a Realtor that would answer our hundreds of questions without getting irritated or making us feel stupid. On a similar note, we wanted a Realtor that had a process in place that would help us walk through all the steps to closing and beyond. We knew we wanted to purchase a home that we could put some “sweat equity” into, but were nervous about “biting off more than we could chew” so we wanted a Realtor that could help us envision the final result while also providing some information on what it was going to take to get that result. Finally, knowing it is a seller’s market right now we wanted a Realtor that was responsive and action oriented. Josh was all of these things, and more. Not JUST a Realtor, but also a consultant who has a network of players and companies in supporting roles that were equally impressive (big shout out to Annie as well). We can’t say enough good things about him and the people in his network. It wasn’t just us that thought Josh was world class… after all the paperwork was signed at the closing table, the seller’s agent (who has decades in the business) went out of her way to compliment Josh’s professionalism, responsiveness, and abilities. As I write this, we are in the process of moving and starting on the aforementioned updates and repairs. Josh made this journey easy, and Josh made this journey fun. We now have a home we love, that appraised for more than we paid for it. Thanks again Josh!!
