Josh Rogers was a great help in our decision to move to Florida, we looked at many different realtors advertising communities, and then I came across Josh YouTube channel which was very informative I was very impressed. There commitment to you throughout the whole process is amazing.When we started this journey we were living in NC, Josh would send us video and updates every week like clockwork I mean he never miss a week, whatever issue we had with the house they were right there to advocate on our behalf. I would highly recommend Josh Rogers an his team to anyone who is looking to buy a home in Florida weather they live in or out of state.
