Josh made my wife and I's experience buying our first home very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. In this competitive housing environment, we found that houses would often be sold the day it was listed - making it important if we saw a house we liked to be able to see it very soon. We really appreciated Josh making it effortless to be able to see the houses we were interested in quickly.
