Josh Pelletter

We worked with Josh to buy a home several years ago, and then again recently to sell our home when we decided to relocate. He's by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. Detail oriented, motivated and very in tune with the real estate market. We would absolutely work with him again if we ever came back to the area.

I relocated to Wisconsin from out of state, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Josh was both exceptionally prompt and knowledgable. Everything from contracts to inspections occurred without delay. In reflection, I believe Josh negotiated a fair price, and I received the property as expected.

Josh is great. He's honest about which home he thinks is right for you - he won't just try to get you to buy every house. When we found a place that was perfect for me I didn't have to worry about anything. Josh also uses e-signatures which is awesome. Finally the cherry on top is you get to keep 1% of his 3% commission - over $1000 off closing costs for me.
