Josh did an unbelievable job in helping us with buying a new home and selling our existing home. With so many moving pieces and contingencies it wasn't an easy task, but Josh's experience, communication, and confidence made us feel comfortable and confident from the start. I can't tell you how comforting it was to have such a trusted advisor in Josh. Buying and selling can obviously be a stressful time for anyone and in all honesty it was probably one of the smoothest experiences we could have ever imagined.
