This was my first time buying a home in Texas so I was not familiar with some additional documentation that would be needed to close, which in turn would have added to the closing costs. However Josh negotiated with the seller who agreed to cover these costs which in turn saved me around $1700. I was out of state during the home buying process and Josh handled all necessary appointments for inspections, etc, without me having to be there. All in all I had a good experience with Josh.

Josh saved the day! I was having issues with my first realtor and I needed someone who could handle the tough, saturated market. Josh gave great direction and knew exactly what to do. I had a tight time frame to get my house under contract and within a few weeks I had a buyer! The photos he had taken were great and he was very responsive.
