We were looking for a home to move to with my daughter, son in law and our grandchildren for two years. We live in Monterey County which is four hours away. We went through two agents and they just weren't meeting our needs. We got a hold of someone that gave us Josh's name and within 6 months he found us a home. He was always available if you had questions and would respond back quickly. He was patient and understanding and never put pressure on us.
