Josh not only listed our home and sold it- but helped us purchase a new home as well. He managed to get us exactly what we wanted on both deals, we closed on time after having a buyer back out, closed on both the old home and new home same day. ANY issue that arose with either transaction Josh was ON it and had a solution for us quickly. His customer service is like nothing I've ever seen- not just in real estate but any field! He communicates well, is always honest/transparent/genuine, will put you at ease and truly make it stress-free and easy for you the whole way through.
