I can’t recommend Josh highly enough. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I was not living in the area at the time. He went out of his way to take video tours for me, stayed on top of every detail, and kept things moving smoothly. He continued working diligently until we found the right home and communicated closely with the listing agent to help negotiate a great deal. He was always available, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the process much less stressful. He truly went above and beyond my expectations.
