Josh was an excellent choice for us, we were having to find choices while we are in Georgia and his knowledge of Bristol. Knowing how many hours it would take us to drive and keep appointments he scheduled them accordingly where no one was inconvenienced. And even after the sale he was still there to answer and assist us in the relocating. Josh is definitely one in a million.
