We met with Josh and liked him as a person. In addition, we were impressed by the strategies that he put forth for selling the property. We especially liked the interactive videos. Also, whenever we ran into any difficulties, Josh came up with strategies and went out of his way to solve them. He went above and beyond! He sold our house for us and we were very pleased and would use him again.
