Josh was INCREDIBLE! From the first moment we met, I could tell he had my best interests in at heart. He got to know me and my girlfriend, connect with us, and understand what kind of place would suit our personalities best. He basically "held my hand" throughout the entire process and explained everything along the way. If I had a question, he had an answer... and in the rare circumstances where he didn't, he found out where to find one and give me a timely reply. His understanding of the entire Phoenix area helped us assess the value of the homes we saw and he could easily see through and explain the prices in what were being asked at every property. He was timely, responsive, approachable, and honest throughout the entire process and you could tell he really wanted us to be happy with whatever purchase we found. I can't say enough positive things about our experience because in less than a month and a half he was able to find us the perfect condo under market value!
