Brody was outstanding throughout our entire home buying process. He has impeccable attention to detail and made the process worry free for us. He always responded quickly and during our house hunting trip, he accommodated our last minute requests to see a certain property with a smile. He has extensive knowledge and experience and knew the right questions to ask. We had to compete for our house and Brody took the time to talk with the seller's agent and was able to advise us so that our offer was the most attractive one but still within our budget. Brody understands how important and personal a home purchase is and is patient, wanting to make sure his clients get their dream home. We never felt rushed or pressured in our decision. He spent hours with us over zoom, in person, on the phone and via email and text. He was incredibly professional in every interaction.
