He followed through on everything he said he would do, he’s analytical and data driven, provides frequent touch points, and knows the markets well. You can tell Josh is hard-working and provides extra customer service to his clients that goes above and beyond what the typical agent would do. Josh follows up with every agent and on every lead which was something previous real estate agents have not done for me. I appreciated his data and analytical mindset.
