OMG!!!! Never ever has anything in my life has gone as smooth and quick as selling my house. I seriously thought it would sit on the market for 2 or 3 months. When Josh says he is going to deliver he delivers. Ten showings within a week. Two offers on the same day in less than a week and a half. Josh kept me updated through the whole process. Easy peasy! And I can't brag enough on Haley who in my opinion is the glue that keeps the office flowing. Hayley was on top of the paperwork and kept me sane throughout the process. Brody, helped me find a new place after Josh sold mine so fast. He was patient, handled the details, and put up with my crazy questions and requests. Brody was great! We moved to the area from out of state and he is very knowledgeable on all the Charlotte areas and suburbs. He showed us many houses at every stage of our home buying process. Other realtors don’t want to show you houses until you’re ready to put an offer in and Brody was the opposite. He showed us places when we were in the early talks of moving so that we could get a good idea of what area we were interested in. He was quick with updating our search criteria. He had offers ready to submit quickly so you weren’t losing the home you love. We couldn’t recommend a realtor more when you’re relocating to the Charlotte area.
