Josh helped my wife and I buy our first home a little over four years ago and we knew with certainty we’d reach out to him again to help us find a new place to call home for our growing family. Because of our past experience we knew we were in good hands with Josh. He has a strong depth of knowledge in the real estate industry — acquired generationally from his family of realtors. He helped us formerly with acquiring a condo and this time around we weren’t quite sure what we were looking for, besides more room. I offloaded a lot of my ideas from home price to home type with Josh and he very patiently proved himself committed to our slow and rambling decision making process. He’s most certainly detail oriented, organized, punctual and a great champion of your needs. In our experience he also offered us other valued-added benefits such as making contractor suggestions, providing tidbits on renting out our condo, and updating us on market trends along the way. The market was quite hot and further impacted by COVD-19’s temporary pause on the real estate insustrty. Despite those factors, Josh kept all of our wheels in motion, while abiding the Govenor’s regulations. We’re grateful for all of his recommendations along the way and finally his creative negotiating, which took us over the edge and won us the bid on our new home. We’re very pleased with our purchase and look forward to all the memories to come.
