Josh was very helpful and got my house sold for the asking price I wanted. I moved out of state before my house was sold and he helped me several times by checking on my house, repairing small things on the house, and any other help he could do. He responded quickly via email, phone, and text which kept me updated on every aspect during the sale.

Josh was very professional, responsive, and helpful. He broke everything down and walked me through each step of our home buying process. He never hesitated to go the extra mile to accommodate my schedule, even if it inconvenienced his. I really appreciate his assistance and expertise provided to help me make a more informed decision. He even followed up post purchase to check up on our family. I really enjoyed working with Josh!

Josh was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. He found us our dream home, and, we are first time home buyers. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We had so many issues with our mortgage company and he was very helpful and willing to do whatever he could to help move things along . He listened to us vent to him about our issues and always made us feel better/guided us when we were unsure or nervous about the process. If you live in the Sacramento area he should be your agent!!

In brief, Josh was a great agent to work with. He helped us become homeowners for the first time, and did so with great skill and patience. He was always readily available to answer questions, was very considerate of my wife and I's needs and priorities, and was all around a great professional to interact with. He has set my wife and I's standards for a real estate agent incredibly high, and if we are ever in the market for another home, we will certainly be working with him again.

Josh was amazing throughout our entire FHA process. FHA loans can be challenging and Josh's' expertise and quick responses to last minute details were second to none. His extensive knowledge of the home buying process saved us from possibly losing the home of our dreams.
